ˇó The company possesses an experienced technical team of research and development who are trained in self-owned education center or by jobsite practicing. Currently, the enterprise has a total of 1000 technicians, 38 of whom are entitled to enjoy governmental dividends. The technical center of enterprise at provincial level governed two research institutes of tractors and engines, two process rooms, two labs, totaling 3000-plus square meters and meanwhile the original value of fixed assets possessed by it is 13.8 million Yuan.
ˇóThe center has established in-company LAN of technical system which realized in-company data sharing and office automation. The technical center also possesses perfect product developing facilities and complete product testing devices and systems including measuring system of tractors and internal combustion engines (used to test noise, vibration and performance of tractors and internal combustion engines), test bench of tractor transmission system (used to finish transmission system test of tractors), drum test bench of tractors, test bench of raiser, test bench of hydraulic system, test bench of power output, test stand of internal combustion engine, test bench of air channel, discharge meters and other various test devices, which enable us to conduct performance test, bench test and durability test for tractors and internal combustion engines. ˇóNow, there are 12 processing machines, flexible plane processing line, three coordinate measuring machines and many general equipment, which helps to have independent developing capability in engine, large and medium-scale wheel-type tractors and supportive farm implements. Furthermore, the center is able to finish trial manufacture of sample machines and small batch production.
ˇó TS brand tractors and FD brand engines designed and developed by us are the first to gain the title of ˇ°State Excellent Productˇ± in the large and medium-scale products of the 80's, and won golden medals from National Agricultural Expo in successive three times; many research results including TS300 tractors won The First Prize for Scientific Results from provincial or municipal governments. TS400 tractors are certified as State-level New Product. ˇó In recent years, the enterprise successfully developed KM800/804 Ň» KM1200/1204 type series tractors on its own. Because the technical performance index is domestically advanced, the series products won the Second Prize of Province in Scientific Advance. Currently, the products of the enterprise have integrated approximately 100 intellectual property patents of its own.
