Additionally, we have 15 engine production lines, and 500 sets of main processing equipment.
¡óThe foundry company is mainly engaged in production of grey cast iron and nodular cast iron. Over 30 years, we have accumulated rich experience in foundry and production. By virtue of our strong technical force, adequate production capacity of equipment, and advanced processing approaches, we are able to manufacture various parts from mould design, manufacture to cast iron production. The major equipment includes Z148 moulding line, Z495 air impact moulding line, sand-coated iron pattern moulding line, 3-7-ton cupola furnace, Hot-box core shooter, continuous core oven, cleaning equipment, 3-20T thermal processing kiln, as well as manufacturing and maintenance equipment of moulds etc. totaling 290 sets, with annual production capacity of 20 thousand tons. ¡ó The forging company is able to finish all processes, including baiting, forging, forging thermal processing and cleaning. Besides the blank of the enterprises finished, the enterprise also takes additional business. Due to the strong forging capability, the annual production capacity reaches 2000 tons. The equipment is 1000T, 630T, 400T, 300T friction press; 630T, 315T and 250T single-point press; 750KG, 400KG, and 150KG air hammer as well as the matching full auto band saw, profiling cutting machine, bogie type box furnace and baiting, thermal processing and cleaning equipment etc. totaling 50 sets.
¡óThe Engine Company as member unit of China Internal Combustion Engine Association has forty years of production experience and formed strong technical force. Due to advanced production technique and complete test approaches, the company possesses perfect quality control system. Now there are 800 workers totally, 80 of whom are engineering technicians. The plant occupies a land area of 160 thousand square meters and possesses 15 production lines and 500-plus processing machines. So, the enterprise has the capability to produce 60-plus kinds of vortex/direct injection diesel engines including FD 295, 395, 495, SD 2100, 2105 and 2108 etc. as well as 30 thousand diesel generator units and marine diesel engines per annum. The annual sales revenue reaches 150 million Yuan. The product is compact in structure, advanced in technical index, stable in dynamic performance, long in durability, and convenient in maintenance. The 2105, 395 and 495 diesel engines are superior to the similar products of China in dynamic performance and fuel-combustion index. ¡óWith perfect equipment system and top quality operator team, the press plant is able to undertake the production and processing of various pressings and welded parts with annual processing capacity of 2600 tons. So, it becomes one of the largest pressing and welding centers in Southwest of Shandong. The major equipment contains 630T single-action sheet metal hydraulic press £¬ 630T double-action sheet metal hydraulic press, and some large-tonnage presses including 6 630T closed-type double-point, 400T closed-type double-point presses; 12 15-350T presses; 5 Q12-12x2000 plate shearing machines; and various bending machines and welding machines totaling 100; ¡ó The annual production capacity of company in the gear and spline shafts is 1.1 million, and it is able to finish the processing of various gear-type parts from the blank to the finished products including cylindrical gear, straight bevel gear, spiral bevel gear, spline shaft, gear shaft etc. The main equipment is the gear-blank processing machines totaling 40, including multi-tool lathe, numerical control lathe, horizontal and vertical broaching machines; spline miller, gear shaping, spiral bevel gear and gear milling machine; the processing equipment includes spline grinding machine, gear grinding machine, gear lapping machine, inner circle grinding machines, totaling 80 or more. Also, there are some thermal treating equipments such as box type furnace, shaft furnace, high frequency sensing equipment, gear crushing machines etc. totaling 250. Therefore, it has the capacity to produce various gears and spline shafts which are supplied to such industries as auto, tractors, engines etc.
¡ó The equipment plant is mainly to produce special machines, overhaul various machine-processing equipment, and manufacture forging die, cold-punched die, clamps, blade measuring instruments. There are 122 sets of major machines, including 21 fine, large and rare machines, double column jig boring machine(TD4280), horizontal boring machine (T612 ¡¢ T668), Longmen planing machine (B2010A), thread grinding machine (Y7520W), gear grinding machine (Y7125), vertical lathe (C516A), electric processing lathe etc. So, it is able to manufacture various large-scale mechanical parts and special machines, moulds and clamps.
¡ó The large-piece plant is mainly engaged in processing and production of box body, plate and shells, regulating crank, shifting fork etc. The production proceeds in the form of special machine production line with high professionalism and automation. There are 8 major production lines (55 gear boxes, 25 bear boxes, axle sleeve, bridge piece shell, steering housing, differential housing, end shell, brackets etc.), and various lathes, diamond boring machine, milling machine, grinding machine, broaching machine etc. totaling 180 or more. The annual production capacity is 30 thousand (sets).
¡óThe numerical control plant is mainly to process the box-type parts. The surface processing of box type parts is finished on the flexible lathe-processing lines and the processing of major holes will be finished in numerical control center. It is able to finish all the processing procedures of high-precision complicate box-type parts. There are 40 sets of major machines or equipment including surface processing flexible lathe processing lines, multi-machine processing center, vertical lathe, milling machine, and radial drilling machine. With the advanced equipment in the plant, and adequate production capacity, the company can meet batch-processing needs of various parts. ¡óThe assembly plant is mainly engaged in the coating of surface coverings of tractors, part assembly, whole machine assembly, debugging etc. By the advanced and high-automated assembly approaches, the company can manufacture 30 thousand large and medium horse power tractors. The major equipment includes 1 coating line, 2 general assembly lines, 4 part assembly lines, 1 stepping chasis assembly line, 1 catenary coating line of surface coverings.
